Ultra EMS provides its employees with a strong compensation package that includes a higher hourly wage than our central Ohio competition. Our benefits package includes the following:

  • A (non-company sponsored) health, dental and vision plan. We partner with URONE Benefits to offer income-based plan(s) that are tailored to the employee’s and their family’s needs. Plans are individually or family based and have different levels of coverage based upon deductible cost. OUR TEAM MEMBERS GET TO CHOOSE THEIR PLANS INSTEAD OF US CHOOSING FOR THEM.
  • 403(b) retirement plan with a 3% annual company match.

  • Night and weekend shift differential. $2.00 night and $4.00 weekend.

As a company, we are very focused on technology that will help make your jobs easier. We utilize the following software platforms.

  • ESO ePCR: All runs reports are done electronically through a Microsoft SurfacePro.
  • ZOLL Respond: MDT system works with ESO ePCR to import data from our ZOLL CAD system to the ESO ePCR.
  • Each ambulance is equipped with a Motorola portable radio.
  • Each ambulance is equipped with a AT&T FirstNet phone.
