In partnership with Cataldo Ambulance Service for dispatching services, we are equipped with a state-of-the-art computer-aided dispatch system that gives our clients the ability to request medical transportation 24/7. Our experienced dispatchers are certified in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) in conjunction with a strong quality assurance program.
