Ultra EMS provides its own in-house billing services with experienced and certified billing specialists. We partner with ZOLL Data Systems who provides us with our dispatch and billing CAD software platform. Consent for Medical Records Request

Ultra EMS is a private ambulance company, and our services are not funded through any other means. The patient and/or their insurance provider is responsible for the payment of services.
You absolutely may pay your bill online! Use the green box “PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE” at the top of this page, fill out the form and initiate your payment. Yes, it’s that easy!
Please call one of our Billing Specialists at 614-330-0785 Ext. 103 to make a payment over the phone.
We accept forms of payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also mail in your payment, made payable to Ultra EMS, via check or money order to the address listed above. If you would like to pay cash, please feel free to visit our Corporate Headquarters and make your payment in person with our Customer Service Department. We are open during normal business hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

Sure, a receipt will be emailed to you once your payment has been successfully received.
If you did not pay online and would like a receipt mailed to you, please contact our Customer Service Department at 617-625-0126.
Ultra EMS is required to get that information in order to bill your insurance provider for the transport. The ambulance crew may not have been able to get that information at the time of the transport. Ultra EMS has strict HIPPA compliance policies to protect your sensitive information.
